Just 30 All-Day Tickets Remain

We’re getting very close now — there are just 30 all-day tickets remaining for the 2026 Whitsundays Writers Festival on Sunday 13 September at the Whitsunday Marine Club, Cannonvale.

We’ve been thrilled by the response to this year’s festival, and with bookings continuing strongly, we expect the remaining tickets to go quickly. Once they’re gone, we’ll open a waitlist.

It’s shaping up to be a wonderful day, with From the Heart keynote speaker Rachel Armstrong, author panels, the Whitsundays Literary Heart Awards, and plenty of opportunities to meet and hear from regional writers.

And don’t miss Stories by the Sea — our free community celebration featuring more than 20 regional authors, book swaps, live music, art demonstrations, children’s activities and a community BBQ.
