The Festival recognise the Ngaro, Gia, Juru, Jangga, and Birra people as the traditional custodians of Whitsunday country. We also celebrate the early pioneers for creating our economic base we all enjoy, and we thank residents for contributing to Whitsunday country. We welcome every contribution and connection to land, sea, reef, community, culture and storytelling.
